How to complete the application:
  1. Complete your Name, Address, etc. on this first screen.
    Make sure you fill out the required fields (marked with a star).
  2. Submit the application for entry by pressing the "Submit" button.
  3. Select the competitions that you will be performing in.
  4. Complete the entry form by again pressing the "Submit" button.
  5. If a payment is due then you'll be sent to paypay for payment.
  6. Print the form and give it to your studio with payment recipt and you're done!
  7. If you need to register additional competitors or Volunteers, click on the 'Next Competitor or Volunteer' button on the final page
